About The Event
Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is celebrating its Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Week from November 29 – December 5, 2021 for a period of 7 days at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
Driven by our Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of an AatmaNirbhar Bharat, Digital India is paving the way forward to fulfill our PM’s vision of a rising new India, where technology has the power to unleash the vast potential of our citizens, and improve their lives, bringing in transparency and inclusive development. Propelled by the AatmaNirbhar movement, MeitY’s AKAM Week will conduct different activities such as theme based sessions comprising of key speakers from the Government, Industry and Academia, launches, exhibitions, demos and award ceremonies for winners of several Challenges that MeitY has conducted with diverse stakeholders from school children to startups to budding entrepreneurs.
